If you experience problems,  Please launch Internet Explorer and load www.AskHRS.com into your Internet Explorer browser's address window. 

 

You must have cookies enabled to navigate your profile, as this is your unique key as recognized by our system.  Unfortunately with cookies, many hackers and spammers use cookies maliciously, and therefore high security settings in your browser may prohibit you from logging in our properly seeing the data.   

 

If you prefer not to enable cookies, please list www.Bullhorn.com in your trusted domains by following these steps at your Internet Explorer window.

  1. Click Tools - Internet Options - Security - Trusted Sites - Sites - Add www.Bullhorn.com to trusted sites and click OK.

  2. At Tools - Internet Options - General - Temporary Internet Files- Delete Cookies (click on OK) & Delete Files (check "delete offline content?" and click ok).

  3. Close and restart Internet Explorer.

  4. Load www.AskHRS.com into Internet Explorer and try again.

In addition, this system offers many features, uses the latest technology and requires that your computer is up to date with enough memory to keep up!  If you find yourself not able to navigate our entire site and successfully apply for jobs, here are simple instructions to expand your memory and enhance your experience at this and other Internet sites!

Clear Temp. Internet Files 
  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows except for Bullhorn.
  2. In the Internet Explorer menus, go to Tools / Internet Options.
  3. In the General Tab, click on Delete Files.
  4. Check "All Offline Content"
  5. Click OK
  6. Once Done, click Settings.
  7. Verify the Check for Newer Version of Stored Pages is set to Automatically.
  8. Change the Amount of Diskspace to use to 50 or 30.
  9. Click Ok
  10. Click Ok again.
  11. Close your Internet Explorer window
  12. Open a new window and return to site

Spybot:

  1. Go to the website http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download
  2. Click on the red Download link on the page
  3. Save the install program to your computer
  4. Install Spybot
  5. Run Spybot and allow it to fix any problems it may find and suggest need fixing.

Upgrade your Browser:

  1. Click on the Start Icon
  2. Click on Windows Update
  3. Click on  the options to get the most recent IE Browser

 

System Requirements

Bullhorn is a web-native application specifically designed to be viewed via a browser with internet access. As such, general requirements are based on internet access and computer speed required to run a browser. The specifications listed below are ideal to take full advantage of all tools and resources integrated in Bullhorn.

Bullhorn minimum and recommended hardware and software requirements include:

Note:   Other applications that require significant memory may affect the performance of Bullhorn and should be considered when determining memory available to run all applications.

 

Recommended Bandwidth/Internet Connection

Bandwidth and internet connection recommendations are based on the number of users in your office. The amount of bandwidth depends on several factors including actual application usage and other internet applications running.
