Called upon regularly by academia, media and professional development forums to discuss new findings and future forecasts, Jess is recognized as one of the longest standing experts addressing the link between human and financial resources, building powerfully cohesive teams via this knowledge base. She is our Chief Empowerment Officer and remains directly involved with client concerns as a Senior Practitioner. An internationally published author, Jessica's high ranking expert article and book publications can be referenced at the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, the Washington Post, Worldnews.com, The Business Journal, nationwide bookstores and more!

With MBA/JD/industrial psychology studies and the earliest BSBA in HR Management from Marquette University, Jessica instructs in corporate and academic settings at graduate, undergraduate and professional certification levels, including affiliations as recurring guest professor/curriculum designer with top-ranked programs to include Loyola, Marquette and UNC - Chapel Hill plus the University of Wisconsin and the University of San Diego.  She collaborates with and advocates to local elected officials and US congressional reps. Working with and commended by local, state and federal government, Ollenburg founded and chaired a public-private partnership representing the 600+ employers which serves as the successful prototype for today's national initiatives. In service as member to Public Policy Advisory Council for Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, she participated in delegation to China. Our CEO has been referred to as the hardest working professional in our field, and we find no evidence to the contrary.

In addition to board service for HRS and "HRS Gives Back," our CEO has delivered 20+ years combined board service to a variety of charitable, community and legislative initiatives. Elected to Board of Directors and advocating to US Congress, Ms. Ollenburg served nearly 12 dedicated years in leadership for the Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter. Recipient of the "Distinguished Service Award," Jess is an inspired philanthropist. Jessica chaired 2 consecutive Mystery Balls plus a Walk for the Cure, breaking fundraising records at each event. On three separate occasions, our CEO hosted Fox television "Weather in Your Backyard" broadcasts as both awareness campaigns and fundraisers specifically for Juvenile Arthritis.

In the early 1990's, Jess pushed HR Management and Organizational Development to the executive radar upon earning rare certification by the Institute of Management Consultants with worldwide recognition. Before Ollenburg's "first mover status" casework, quantifiable results and client testimonials, HR was not recognized within the eligible management consulting disciplines. This designation is acknowledged worldwide as a "mark of excellence" and is considered a rare achievement among otherwise non-accredited management consulting professionals. Jessica was re-certified by the IMC and earned a third professional certification through the National Bureau of Certified Consultants.  She has served on certification panels and committees for both the IMC and SHRM and provides educational prep to HRCI candidates, to include PHR, SPHR and GPHR certification programs.

An esteemed leader and long-time member of CEO roundtables, our CEO also regularly designs and administers leadership, best practices and organizational communications workshops.  Jessica has earned a wealth of client recognition from small, mid-sized and Fortune-rated firms, as well as, strategic alliances and media for her unique expertise, tangible success and innovation.  Honored by Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year program, Jess has consistently been proven a "visionary" by succeeding where others are still forming new businesses to emulate!  As examples of her still popular early inventions, Ollenburg in 1987 designed and implemented one of the first software Applicant Tracking programs and in 1983 worked with Kronos and the former Control Data to create sophisticated labor tracking and reporting now internationally distributed and recognized by the US Patent Office.

Credited with breaking the "glass ceiling" on multiple occasions through noteworthy accreditation, recognition and honor, our leader is among the very first women certified, recognized and called upon by successful world class CEOs for expertise and accomplishment within these fields.

A 25-year Junior Achievement advisor/supporter, 20-year college/high school speaker and a 5+ year youth athletic coach/volunteer, Jessica created the "HRS Commitz to Kidz" initiative and has consistently spearheaded a personal and professional campaign to "give back" to the community and "make a difference" in every way possible.

Recipient of the National Leadership Award from Washington, DC, Jessica has also been appointed to the Business Advisory Council, partnering with congressional committee, and recently presented by invitation to NASA.  Consistently offered contract to host her own nationally syndicated radio show, she accepted invitation from Forbes Business & Technology Review in partnership with Sky Radio, serving major airlines.  Broadcast on international flights, Jessica profiled HRS as a leader in HR/OD Solutions in a program featuring esteemed speakers Madeleine Albright and President Jimmy Carter.
