Integral to our mission statement is "community and charitable conscience" as reflected in our two longstanding empassioned initiatives...
Several beneficiaries allow us to support both initiatives simultaneously!
Juvenile ArthritisArthritis affects more kids than you'd think. Nearly 300,000 kids in the US have been diagnosed to date, and we suspect many more would benefit from diagnosis, prevention and treatment. With our CEO elected to the Board of Directors and advocating to US congress, HRS also leads awareness initiatives and supports the fight through dedicated volunteerism and major sponsorship. More Info In addition to these current spotlight initiatives, HRS is proud to talk about our support of worthwhile causes including but not limited to: Make-A-Wish Foundation, Komen Foundation, Boys & Girls' Clubs, YMCA, Community Youth Athletics, American Heart Association, Toys for Tots, MACC fund and the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon.

Junior AchievementJA teaches today's youth to become tomorrow's business champions by developing work ethic, understanding and sound biz experience. Our CEO has supported JA for more than 30 years, since being an achiever herself. The HRS team has supported JA at various nationwide locations since our doors opened, especially JAWIS and JAAZ!
Community PartnershipsWhether it's chairing a public-private partnership of 600+ employers, mentoring chamber young professionals groups, supporting local community events, coaching youth sports, offering volunteer mentorship to start-up business entrepreneurs or presiding on an expert panel presentation to top CEO's, HRS has been there and will be there ongoing! Our work is applauded and emulated at national level.
